Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if no fees applied.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify 5V Network and its officers, directors, and employees against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 5V Network LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your region apply.
